Thank you for choosing Handmade Treasures by Britt!

I truly appreciate your support and interest in my handmade creations. Every item is crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure you receive something special and one-of-a-kind.

 Order Communication & Updates

To ensure clear and consistent communication, I do not accept orders or changes relayed through third parties. All inquiries, custom requests, and updates must be made directly by you, the customer, using the contact email or phone number provided. Your understanding and cooperation help me deliver the best possible service.

Order updates are provided at the discretion of the creator and will be sent via email or text only. Updates will not be provided through Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM. Please ensure your email address & phone number is accurate when placing your order.

 Design Forms

A completed design form is required for all custom projects to ensure clarity and avoid delays. Work will not begin until the form has been properly submitted. All pictures can be sent through e-mail support@handmadetreasuresbybritt.com.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any work or production begins. Orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of booking. For orders over $100, a non-refundable deposit may be placed to secure the order, with the remaining balance due before production starts.

 Rush Orders

Rush services may be available upon request and are subject to the creator’s availability. A rush fee starting at $10 will apply to all expedited orders. Please inquire about rush availability prior to placing your order.

 Revisions Policy: Once service is complete

E-Flyers and custom digital content include two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 or more, unless the revision corrections are errors made by the creator.

 T-shirts include one complimentary mockup revision. Additional changes for these items will be billed at $3 or more per revision, depending on complexity. The $3 will be applied towards your balance if you choose to move forward with production. Please note that no revisions are permitted once production has started.

 Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the product. Digital designs are typically completed within 2–5 business days. Custom t-shirts require 5–7 business days, and custom tumblers take approximately 3–7 business days. These times may vary based on order volume or during holiday periods. Your service creation date starts after all information is delivered to your design form or email NOT when you make your purchase.

At Handmade Treasures by Britt, each item is handmade or custom-designed with care and attention to detail. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an error on my part—such as an incorrect item, design mistake, or damage during shipping—I will gladly make it right. To initiate a correction or replacement: Contact me within 3 days of delivery, please Include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue, Items must be unused and in original condition

Digital Product Policy

All digital products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered unless there was an error on my part. (Ie. Grammatical error, design error)

 Portfolio Use

Handmade Treasures by Britt reserves the right to feature completed custom designs in portfolios, promotional materials, and on social media. Clients who prefer their work not be shared must request this at the time of ordering.

 Delivery & Pick Ups

Delivery and pick-up options are available by arrangement. A delivery fee applies to all deliveries. Pick-up details, delivery locations, and timing must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Clear and timely communication is required regarding all delivery or pick-up arrangements, including availability, time frames, and any changes. Failure to communicate in advance may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of delivery without refund of the delivery fee.
If you choose to have your order delivered to or released to a third party (including friends, family members, or other intermediaries), responsibility for retrieving the item transfers to you once the delivery or release is completed. I am not responsible for lost, misplaced, or uncollected items after delivery to a third party.
Once an order has been delivered or picked up as agreed, it is considered fulfilled.

 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24-48 hours of purchase, provided that production has not begun. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
