All sales are final, but your satisfaction is important to me,
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on my end (such as receiving the wrong item or incorrect spelling etc on my end). 

For digital products, no refunds or exchanges are provided once files have been delivered. Due to the nature of digital downloads, I cannot issue refunds for customer mishaps such as purchasing the wrong item, providing incorrect information, or not reading the listing details.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. I’ll be happy to review and make it right.
