How do I place an order?
Add your desired items to your cart, include any personalization details in the notes section, and proceed to checkout. Be sure all names, dates, or color choices are correct before submitting your order.
Are your items handmade?
Yes! Every product is made by hand with care — from design to finishing touches. Because of this, slight variations may occur, which adds to the uniqueness of your custom piece.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Most items can be personalized with photos, names, or color changes. If you have a specific vision, include it in your order notes or send me a message before purchasing.
Can I see a preview before you make it?
Digital mock-ups are available upon request before final production. Please note that requesting a preview may extend processing time.
⏰ PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIMES
How long does it take to make my order?
Standard processing time is 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Larger or bulk orders may take longer, but I’ll always communicate updates.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! A one-time Rush Fee can be added to move your order to the front of the line. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.
🚚 SHIPPING & PROCESSING
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with your local post office and neighbors first. Once an item is marked “delivered,” I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
💻 DIGITAL PRODUCTS
How do I download my digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, download links will be sent to your email or be available under your account orders.
Can I edit your templates?
Yes! All digital templates are editable through Canva, allowing you to adjust colors, text, and layouts to fit your style.
Can I resell or share your templates?
No. All templates are for personal or business use only for your own brand, not for resale, redistribution, or copying.
💸 RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are custom-made, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double check your order details before submitting.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
